You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited activities include:

3. Reservations & Bookings

All table reservations are subject to availability. When booking online or by phone:

• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time; after this, your table may be released
• Large group bookings (8+ guests) may require a deposit or set menu
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
• BYO wine is permitted; corkage fees may apply

4. Online Orders

When placing an order through our website or third-party platforms:

• All orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
• Estimated pickup/delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak hours
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

5. Pricing & Payment

All menu prices are current at the time of display but are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For catering services, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to the event.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For cancellations and refunds:

• Table reservations must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance
• Catering bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable
• Online food orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, menu descriptions, and graphics — is the property of Fitz Curry Cafe and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We take food safety seriously. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering or dining in. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur in our kitchen. Customers with severe allergies dine at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitz Curry Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, services, or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or order in question.
